The mass conversion of the User Guide content to Help Center docs is complete. Assets have been updated, project has been restructured, and some documentation has been intentionally deleted (advanced bits) and extremely outdated Installation documentation. Time to get to work on the wiki content.

# Configuring Date and time
Added Configuring Date & Time doc and media.

You can configure the date and time of your system by going to the Budgie Menu, opening the Settings app then going to the Date & Time section.
Add or fix initial descriptions of each article.

You will be presented with the following window. This window provides you the ability to enable / disable automatic date & time, automatic time zone changing, and the time format.
