Tweak headers across majority of content. Remove message note on Laptops. Remove Discord on Third Party since that's in repo now.

# Installing and updating software
The mass conversion of the User Guide content to Help Center docs is complete. Assets have been updated, project has been restructured, and some documentation has been intentionally deleted (advanced bits) and extremely outdated Installation documentation. Time to get to work on the wiki content.

You can install software ranging from Google Chrome to LibreOffice, as well as updating software, via our Software Center.
Switch to using altimg shortcode that is leveraged by the Solus Site.
