Add Installing main page, sub-pages will be in content/installing. Added Starting Installer and cropped installer-start image

## Starting Installer
Move doc to en folder to encourage multi-lingual docs / User Guides. As result, changed paths to images.

The first step to installing Solus is, naturally, starting the Installer. Click the down-arrow icon in the upper left corner of the screen, then proceed to click Install Solus.
