Provide some generic troubleshooting information
...
Experience on the forums and IRC has led to many questions cropping up over
again. This commit begins trying to document common solutions for multiple
reasons.
- Allow users to find answers to issues themselves through help center search.
Hopefully this can avoid users making support queries.
- Allow other users to provide support to others backed by the help center.
We aren't around all the time to answer questions.
- Document some parts that aren't well known and differ a lot on Solus.
Particularly adding kernel parameters on boot.

A laptop from 2016 with an Intel Core i5 (Skylake ULV) processor and two gpu's ( Intel HD620 and Nvidia GT940MX ), battery lasts for about 3 - 5 hours (Full Power) and 6+ Hours (Light Use). Runs Solus 3 x64 with all latest updates, no problems so far.

I've added my current laptop, the Dell Inspiron 15 7579, to the list as it functions as intended with Solus installed. There have been no graphical issues, threading delays, UEFI errors, or TPM failures.
